some quick cupping notes...
I cupped our Bolivian CoE coffee yesterday and it was stellar. Incredibly sweet - but with the structure to stop it from becoming floppy. It has a really lovely pastry/candy sugar tones. Lovin' it!
On the table with it was the El Injerto - which continues to delight with the ripe fruit and fabulous chocolate notes in the body.
