i had a really great experience the other day...
walked into the coffee bar (as a customer!) and watched Elaine (an employee i'd trained) pour a truly gorgeous heart in a capp.
and then i heard that she'd served a capp to a guidebook writer the previous day who had said it was the best espresso drink he'd ever had.

made me feel really, really good.

tasted a single origin shot of Brazil Cerrado today. intense, interesting, bold...
